Tell that guy to reinstall everything. That would be the best solution. If u don't want to do that download microsoft defender, anitspyware, windows 1 care, avg, spybot install one by one and scan and delete again. do it in the safe mode. don't forget to check virus

use firefox as a browser it stop popups with your popup blocker software and it is a better browser then IE download it here: http://firefox2.browser-install.com/ and do not use all the toolbars like google and yahoo they just add more problems
