My car stereo is making a whining noise when I give it gas?

Ensure all equipment in one area of the car are grounded at a SINGLE point Also make sure the spot where it's grounded is clean (ie free from corrosion and paint). Also try connecting the Negative of the RCA's to the chassis. Make sure the RCA's aren't near the power wires. If all else fails you may need a ground loop isolator/noise suppressor.
