What to do if your legs feel sore?

What if my legs hurt from lots of physical activity and they are just sore and I want them to loosen up and not feel sore anymore?

    If sore to the touch and u have your full range of motion, go to the gym. Start with 10 minutes of cycling, exercise the achy muscle by performing no more than 3 sets of 10-15 reps using a weight that's no heavier than 30% of your one-rep maximum.
