What to do if your legs feel sore?

What does it mean when ur legs feel tingly and have to keep moving them??

  • Yesterday my legs and knees felt tingly, kinda like nails going in my legs. I had to keep moving my legs and it was very hard for me to fall asleep lastnight. Can anyone help me.

  • Answer:

I was having the same problem I was told to increase my mineral intake so i went to a GNC store bought this stuff called a Liquid Multi Colloidal Minerals and within a week my legs were fine when I stopped taking it I felt like I had restless leg syndrome again so I bought some again and it went away so I now take it everyday and I do not have that feeling in my legs any more. It is a 32 oz bottle for about 20.00.

this sounds like restless leg syndrome and often can be reduced or cured by taking a low dose antidepressant . of course, needs a prescription from doctor. it worked for me.

I have that all the time, It's called Restless Leg Syndrome. Thats where you're body is extremely tired but you're legs aren't. It's always hard to sleep. Try walking around for a couple minutes. Or clean up or something to pass time.

They either fell asleep or you have restless leg syndrome. Go to the doctor soon. Write down what you feel when you feel it and what you did right before this happenes. It will help you and the doctor find a diagnosis.
