Extra thigh weight indicates you need to trim down and get more exercise. Start by walking for 10-20 min three times a day. You can definitely exercise while trying to conceive- in fact I would recommend it and taking a multivitamin.

hold on to a wall and kick your leg out side ways toe touch the floor and come right back up and kick out again.Do this about 25 times each leg.That will help with the outer thigh.Jumping jacks bout sets of 30 three times daily will also help and so will lunges.Don't forget squats you can stand against a wall , spread your legs shoulder length apart and have your legs out in front of you about 7 inch and pretend you are going to sit on a chair do about 4 sets of 15 at first those can be tough

You cannot spot reduce - you can only lose weight all over. Hop onto that stationery bike or treadmill and start exercising. Chances are that your thighs will reduce in size whilst the top of you body probably won't change that much (if there's not that much fat there, there's not much to lose). Sorry, but that's just the way it is. As for whether or not you can exercise - go and see your doctor they can tell you, but it's likely you will be able to, just go and ask first.
