The first exercise I suggest is to RUN to a professional therapist and be evaluated, also your general MD for diagnostic test. Try recording your class lectures, assignments to CD. Play them as your jog or walk. You are studying and exercising at the same time. Then take your long warm shower, put on a yoga or relaxing CD and just meditate/relax to sleep. You might also try spray diluted Lavender essential oils around your bed/rooms. It really helps to relax you and get a good sleep.

First off what is it that is stressing you out? The students? Certain people? Teachers? Homework? Homelife? Find the source and work from there. Have your parents ever considered homeschooling you for awhile. Or even switching schools? Private school? Your parents should be on top of this and help you find ways of dealing with whatever problems. Have you talked to the school counselor? Are you trying to take too many hard classes this year. Can you cut back some.

I don't medicines are the best. I mean, to tell you the truth, I was getting real stressed out last year and I ended up getting addicted to something or other. Just take time out for yourself. Don't worry about the small things. Just try to keep up with school work and ask the teacher for help if you don't get it. Seriously though, you just have to take time out of your life for yourself. Don't worry about school, about your parents or whatever. Just do what you like to do every once in awhile. I'm sure you're worrying enough so you don't need exercise! Don't get an ulcer.
