How do I get my sleep schedule back on track?

    When you go to sleep at 7 set your alarm for 10,11 or 12. But do not go over 12. Consider it like a nap. Then stay up till its time to sleep again at a normal time.

i'm having the same problem just not as extreme. I got out of it by forcing myself to get up early like 9 or 10 then stay awake all day and go to bed whenever and keep doing that routine. its easier to wake up early than go to bed early.

try cutting down an hour each night when you go to bed. also you can look at some remedies before and during bed that you can do to help you fall asleep. i know that i have trouble falling asleep too. then wake up late and go to bed late lol.

Try staying up extra time. For example, when you are still up at 7 am, just stay up the extra 15-16 hours or so. Hopefully, you will be so tired that you will fall asleep at night when you are supposed to.

I just had the same problem as you. I was sleeping all day and staying up all night. I changed my bedtime gradually by like an hour each night until it was back to normal. Try it, and good luck =]
