The article has very many authors, mentioning them all would make it a very long entry indeed, You can find a list of the previous versions, with the authors of each change at the first link below (note that these are only the last 500 changes, which took less than 4 months to be made, the article exists over 7 years...). I would indeed go with "Wikipedia contributors" as advised before. See also the second link below where on Wikipedia itself the method of citing it is discussed.
