Is running 2 miles in 20min 3-4 times a week good enough to stay in shape?

hey bro...i run 2 miles at 17 minutes and when i run a mile it's at 7:24 and i jog 5 times a week and take a rest on saturdays and on sundays i see how fast i can do a mile..you should check out this link http://afreserve.com/?:Get In Shape ..wether or not u want to be in the military it's gonna help you get in shape over the weeks..when i first started it took me 15 minutes to do mile now i'm doin 2 in 17..it's a really good work out schedule..good luck bro with your running :]
