    keep getting that high mileage in but make sure your weekly mileage progresses steadily and not too much while you get that high mileage in, do some sprints, like 100-200 meter sprints about two days a week. keep doing this for about 6-8 or even 10 weeks because this is how you build a very strong base for stamina. after those several weeks go by, message me on yahoo, so that I can give you further details on what to do next. also dont forget to run in the right running shoes. go to runnersworld website to find info about that. and make sure you eat right as well. plenty of water too. here is my email address for when those weeks go by and you need the info: thehardcoreguy@yahoo
