How to train for Parkour?

I want to train to do parkour/free running?

    id say the best thing to do is just jog for maybe an hour everyday. this will help stamina as well as get you into shape. if you want your upper body strength to increase then try pull ups and push ups. to start out parkour, practice landings and rolling. these are the most important aspects of parkour. then move onto basic vaults. then move onto more advanced vaults followed up by tic tacs or wall runs. Americanparkour.com has good tutorials on all of this. be careful out there and have some fun with it.

run.... run and run go to your school track and just run then when you have gained enough stamina try SMALL gaps and jumps..... dont think just cuz you can run for long distances you can jump from rooftops to a break fall and not hurt..... cuz you cant but good luck little dude
