Running side cramp help fix?

ive been trying to run everynight starting tonight and every two seconds i get a horrible cramp in my side! help me fix it i need too work out! in that way!

When you're running when you have a side cramp, stop running and place your hand into the right side of your belly and push up, lifting the liver slightly. Inhale and exhale evenly as you push up. But what you should be focusing on is preventing it. You need to take deep, evan breaths when you're running, and always breath. That side pain comes from wrong breathing, so just focus on that. Also, make sure that you time your eating. Running right after dinner is a bad idea, having lots of food in your stomach during a run will increase the side pain. Also make sure that you stretch. Try lifting an arm up, then leaning to the other side. You should feel it in your side, so do both sides. Dehydration could also cause these cramps, so make sure your drinking plenty of water. first of all dont eat before you workout or drink toooo much water. breath in threw ur nose and out threw ur mouth it will make it go away if you have one
