That person can tell you what to do, how often to do the exercises, and show you the correct way of doing things. I speak from knowledge. My sister has suffered several athletic injuries due to too much training...... (And, a person trainer would have caught it, I believe.) Instead, she ended up in physical therapy!

well this from personal experience i started out by doing 3-5 miles every 4 days in a week and after that i got a coach to teach me so i guess u should just get a coach

ok what you do is run atleast 5 times a day starting at 15 mins a day than every 2 days increas eby five to you get 2 one hour trust me it will build up staminia then u can work on speeding it up 5 year x country vet

well our cross country coach said run 5 miles and after enough days my body adapted and i can do it faster and faster

well first of you need to run.. a long distance.. really thou. repetition is key. change milage from 3 to 9 miles
