@Chellebelle & Kat is here: There is no part of this question that is asking for an opinion. Unless you're helping to answer this person's question, then there's no reason for you to answer. @Kristina: I was thinking of getting one too, I have a healing labret right now and if google search is correct, yes it involves sutures. Healing process should be relatively fast because your tongue is one of the fastest healing parts of your body. I imagine they would have you use no-alchohol mouthwash and gargle salt water after smoking or eating meals, first thing in the morning and right before bed. As a personal opinion I think it looks really cool. You can also choose how split you want it, from almost two-tongues to just a little fork at the tip.
