The answer is yes. You can add or remove software from the GUI like in Ubuntu; however, unlike Ubuntu, you'll use "yum" instead of "apt-get" if you're installing software from the command line.

I think Fedora is RedHat based, so you should be able to use all repositories that RedHat uses, too. You could just google 'Fedora Repositories'. As for wubi, I am pretty sure that there is no Fedora-equivalent of wubi. Mind you, you can always use the LiveCD.
