Need A Soccer Workout Plan?

    Stretch before you run. Obviously, this means that you should run regularly. Every other day run a mile, and then when you're ready, add onto that time. If there's no one to kick the ball around with ina small game, kick it at a wall (as long as it's okay), or kick it into a net. Swimming is a great way to get your leg muscles stronger. But always remember to stretch so you don't end up pulling something.
