Added on to supercharger and turbo question? please answer?

i want to get my bf a supercharger or turbo for christmas...do i need one before the other what kinds of things do i need to look for? how do i know its the right one..... any info ...show more

Superchargers are usually easier to install since adding a crankshaft pully is usually the biggest hassle. Turbos fit in the exhaust system and can cause headaches in finding room. If you're wanting a kick, add nitros oxide. It'll be cheaper than the other. With either of the other, you're talking about major cost.

don't,,, a turbo or supercharger costs 5 to 6K,,, don't fall for anything that doesn't cost that much,,, look in Jegs.com or summit racing.....give him the 5K and let him do it
