well plan a surf trip. You should go to your nearest beach and find a good surf instructor and get him or her to teach you. a good teacher has taught hundreds of people how to surf and they will be able to recognize your spefic learning style. Just relax and go out there and have a good time, surfing is not about competeing or looking good, its about just going out there and having fun. dont be discouraged if you are not good at first, everyone is terrible when they first start, you just have to keep getting up after every failed attempt, paddle out and try it again GOOD LUCK!
