How can I open my new emoticons on MSN?

After installing new windows the msn custom emoticons i lose them all :S how can i save them !!!?

    They should still be saved on your computer still and if there not then you can proably find the custom emoticions some where on the internet, try looking in all of your folders on the computer and they will proably be saved.

I don't think you can. I know that display pictures, personal messages, and msn names are transferred, even when using a different computer, but emoticons aren't, so it's quite unlikely that they'll transfer between updates.
