How do I download the new msn and why don't my emoticons work?

    Go to your Options, then Messages tab. Make sure that your "Show Emoticons" tab is checked!

At the top of your MSN page where all the contacts are, go to tools and select options. go to the "Messages" option. It should come up with two boxes at the top one saying "Show emoticons" and the other "show custon emoticons", just underneath the "change font" button. check the both of them. That should work.
