Jump squats on snowboard?
-
would doing jump squats while being strapped into a snowboard help with landings, and would it strengethen my legs
-
Answer:
yes if you do squats while binded in your snowboard it will strengthen your legs because whatever binding setup u have that is the muscle it will be working while u are riding. if you do regular squats you could be working muscles you don't even use while you are snowboarding. main point just bind into you snowboard just to be safe. as for landings its all based on the way u land leg muscle has very little to do with it

he's right. just do squats with a low weight a lot of times and really fast. don't work on mass as much as toning your muscle. work on it like every other day and you'll be stompin big drops in no time.
