Any decent sports shop will stock them but I don't think they're specially made for footballers in fact I'm sure they're just plain womens winter tights ... nancy boys.

you can get them from any sporting goods store. The best type in my opinion at least is a brand called Under Armour. Oh and by the way they are not called tights they are called Spandex.
