    Stretch for at least 5-10 minutes when you wake up; hamstrings AND hip flexors. Use a heating pad on those muscles before you stretch them in the morning. Then, after the shower stretch a lot. This way your muscles are warm and easier to stretch. Just by doing these simple things can give you your splits but you MUST stretch EVERY SINGLE DAY! It is only about 15-20 minutes each day, and it is sooooo worth it. Trust me :) good luck!!!

This is how I did it... I did my usual stretches, and then spent an hour watching TV as close to the splits as I could do. It hurt like hell and for a long time, but if you're close to the splits already It should be easier for you. I hope you get in ^-^

A stretch which i like to do is when you get into a split as far as you can, then push forward against a wall. Do it slowly and move forward once it is more comfortable.
