My toe touches and how can I improve?

I need to improve my toe touches,,,help?

    Hi! Advice I got from a UCA instructor last year: hip flexors. Sit in a straddle with your toes pointed. One leg at a time, lift each leg a few inches off the floor and make small circles with it. Yeah, I know it's tough because it KILLS at first. I've only done them a couple of times but I'm flexible so it helps. Stretch whenever you can. Splits, straddles, etc. Also, another tip: point your toes for a stretch and flex your toes for a stretch. It stretches different muscle groups. Keep your abs tight in all workouts, and do crunches, situps, etc. An exercise ball helps with these. Good luck with your toe touches! :)

swing your arms in a full rotation but make the circles bigger than normal then bend your knees and push off as hard as you can im not kidding it really works!!
