All you need are the measurements of the oven,take them along to the place where you are buying the cupboards from and they should be able to come up with some thing. You don't have to buy appliances with kitchen cupboards.

Absolutely, you can keep your original appliances...it will save you quite a bit of money as well. Just make sure to take those measurements into account so the new cabinets fit. Have fun!
