This is a difficult one as she is allergic to dairy and soy. Your best bet would be to ask your child health nurse or go to a dietitian. If you want you can also ask the pharmacist or health food store.

Tums are a good source of calcium. That is what cures what ailes you. I keep some on heand in case one of my kids drinks facial astringent again. It soaks up the alcohol and is way less filling then a glass of milk.

The best sources of calcium are sea vegetables. Most dark leafy greens are good sources as well. Tums are not a good source of calcium. They are calcium carbonate and aren't absorbed well. If you supplement calcium use calcium citrate. In spite of what the dairy counsel brainwashes everyone with, milk is not a good source of calcium, it's a moderate source at best. In fact, milk is acid forming. When you eat acid forming foods, to balance blood pH, osteoclasts break down bones. So in theory, milk will actually make your bones weaker. There is some research to support this, countries with the highest dairy consumption also have the highest rates of osteoporosis.

Let her chew on some Tums. I am lactose intolerant and I chew tums in place of my loss of calcium..

A 1/4 cup of sesame seeds has more calcium than a glass of milk. Make sure they are the whole ones (usually red or black) b/c the hulled ones (white) only have about a 1/3 of that. There is orange juice too that is fortified with calcium but personally, I think that is the same as using a supplement. Oh, and soft boned fish like sardines (good luck getting her to eat THAT). Maybe talk with her doctor or nurse. There maybe enough calcium in the vitamins she is already taken.(She does not need an Over Dose)
