Aerospace Engineering : USA or Europe?

• Is it better to pursue Aerospace engineering from USA or from Europe? I wanted to ask this question because i currently hold an offer from University of Washington,Seattle and Delft University of Technology,The Netherlands.Kindly help me make my decision and please cite all relevant facts.Also since most jobs in Aerospace sector have security requirements,so does it make it difficult for International students to get hired even after pursuing MS in US or from Europe.   Aerospace work in the US is undergoing drastic cuts due to sequestration.
