How to lose weight from hips & thighs?

15 years old female, at 5'5 and weight 147 pounds. How can i lose weight on my butt, hips and thighs? What exersice should i do? thanks =)

    ALL evidence proves that it is low sugar, high fiber, that is the only consistencies of any weight loss programs that has ever worked. this is also what has been said by dieticians since I became type 1 diabetic in 1975. I once asked a thin and beautiful woman how she kept so thin. she stated that she just kept away from any milk (where I just went to skim milk) and to keep away from all breads. Since day 1 that I switched to skim, and ate very little breads, I started losing 5 pounds per month without exercise. now that the weather is better, i will be bike riding, and trying to get rid of this pot belly, and cut down on all the sweets. my but, thighs and frame is strong and sturdy. and I'm a guy. success to you in this.

A lot of cardio would be good. At your age, that height and weight is not too bad. The season is right, join the Track Team of your High School. I personally ran distance on the track team, JV, because I was never good enough to reach Varsity. I was in the best physical shape ever via the structured workouts. Point is, You're still in High School. Join a sport were they don't care too much about who joins the team. Even if you can't become a superstar, you will get a fantastic workout, and you will be in better physical condition than your average classmates.
