No, it's not. The anti-theist questions and answers seem to use the same words a lot- stupid, delusional, fairy tails, etc. I think that a lot the anti-theists are trying to deny that small quiet voice in the back of thier mind by insulting the belief and loudly yelling how much they don't believe in it.

Guilty as charged! Joke!

No, it's not. I see that a lot on here. Even by people that are playing sweet little roles. They post something rude then say 'just kidding'. I think it's immature and rude and it just shows their true colors.

The question is never the joke or a cause for entertainment. The replies some people make sure are though... specially the ones who get all hurt and offended as if no one has a right to question anything.

Gee, this was an oddly specific question. Hmmm.

Such people can say they're joking, but I don't really believe them. I wish they'd just admit that they don't like atheists or religious people instead of beating around the bush about it. I might have more respect for their questions then because at least they'd be being honest. Anyway, I don't think the kind of question you MEAN is appropriate. But AB doesn't seem to have a problem with them a lot of the time. So... Anyway, I view it as no different than Democrats and Republicans who trash each other and act like they're not being serious when they obviously are.

Well humor is a matter of taste and where you are coming from and I certainly don't get a lot of what is supposed to pass for it on here. On the other hand what I tend to laugh at one here - and I do laugh sometimes - are things not meant at all as humor I am sure. Just the humor of life. I don't know as I have seen any of those Qs but there are a lot of "atheist" posts on here most which are more good-natured kidding than anything else. Same with "Christian" posts about OK if God loves people why does he let them die or let people kill them? But I think what most people are looking for is support for their point of view so they can feel better about it themselves. So the tendency to paint those who do not agree with them as "stupid", "racist", "selfish", "deluded" etc.
