Answer:
You should know that what you want to do is a bad idea. A better idea is to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/use-mail-merge-to-send-personalized-e-mail-messages-to-your-e-mail-address-list-HA010109162.aspx Nonetheless, here is how you can import all those people into your Outlook. Create a new contacts subfolder Export the new folder as a blank .CSV file - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/export-contacts-from-outlook-to-excel-HA001096422.aspx (I prefer CSV to XLS) or http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/export-contacts-HA101870639.aspx Open the exported file in Excel. Open the source document containing email addresses in Notepad. While in notepad, press Ctrl-A and then Ctrl-C Switch to Excel and locate the "e-mail" column. Click the empty cell below that column. Press Ctrl-V. This copies every email address into that column. Locate the "full name" column. Click the empty cell in the same row as your previous entries. Press Ctrl-V. This will create a second copy of email addresses so that you are not confused in Outlook's default view when the entries have no names. Press Ctrl-S to save the document. Save it in CSV format. Answer "No" when Excel suggests to save it in XLS or XLSX format. Go back to Outlook. Import your new contacts into Outlook. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/import-contacts-from-an-excel-spreadsheet-HA102919779.aspx or http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/import-contacts-HA101870645.aspx What most people do is setup an account with a service like http://www.mailchimp.com and use that for this purpose.

Assuming that you're using Outlook on a PC, then copy and paste the addresses in. Select them all, copy them, then paste them into the To line in Outlook.
