    Most importantly, you want to work on moving only your waist. Dont reach for your toes, bring them to you. The top portion of you should never move. For height, When you swing your arms around before the jump, use as much of that force as possible. Also, when you're bored with nothing to do, do some kicks. Put your arms into the high V position and do 3 sets of 3 kicks. Bring your leg up as high as possible, toes pointed. This will make it easier for your toe touch because you're doing more work than needed so the real thing will seem a whole lot easier. Hope it helped!
