What and how should i train to gain sufficient strength for basic parkour?

im 14 and i would like to gain strength to easily do wall runs, pull myself over walls, that kind of stuff, what i think i should train is my biceps triceps and thighs/calves, does anybody know how i should train these without stunting growth?

In order for you to gain sufficient strength for basic parkour, you will have to do exercises that consist of compound, multi-joint exercises, like the Olympic bar snatch. You will as well do some jogging every morning and evening if possible.
