How to rotate a Direction Arrow to a particular location?

PDF reader which saves a rotated pdf back to the original location. Suggestions?

  • I am looking for a PDF reader for Windows that is capable of rotating a PDF, and then simply saving that rotated PDF back to the original location it is in. This to rotate PDF's in my Evernote account to the right direction easily. All readers I have tried up to now were not able to save it back to the original location.

    Try Acrobat (Standard or Pro), or NitroPDF… Note that there are two rotating commands: • rotating view, which simply rotates the actual view, but does nothing to the document (that's also what Adobe Reader and many other viewers do) • rotating the page, which actually rotates the page, and therefore modifies the document Hope this can help.
