How do I change the original location on My Yahoo Weather?

There is a "Change Location..." option when I right click on the widget. And it says "No Recent Location" below. But after I click on "Change Location...", nothing happens!!! I've downloaded this widget many times and reinstalled...

I have tried hitting change location and unchecking and rechecking the choose as my default setting, but then if I go to another page or exit the internet, when I come back to my home page, it is back to my previous location.
