How do I change the original location on My Yahoo Weather?

How can one permanently change the location for weather on new Yahoo?

• Now that Yahoo has crammed the new page down our throats, I cannot get it to change the default location for the city for weather (in the upper right hand portion of the page). When I change the location, it always defaults back to a city chosen by Yahoo. By the bye, are all folks at Yahoo left-handed? The bulk of all hyper links are on the left side of the screen, so you have to move the curser across the screen each time you go to the page. Vaya con Dios

  You have to actually update your location in your account profile for the default information to change and remain permanent. Then, go change the location and it should stay the same, ongoing.
