Atlassian uses Google Closure templates in some of its products (JIRA, Stash). Also https://developer.atlassian.com/display/AUI/Soy+Templates exposes soy templates that can be reused by the developers.

We use Google Closure Templates more and more at http://mobile.de, we are moving away from Freemarker and more and more our new products use Google Closure Templates. For that purpose I wrote two libraries, one for spring MVC (spring-soy-view) and one for play framework (play-soy-view) that are higher level than Google Closure templates. We find closure library is very fast, not too logicless but have some basic constructs needed to spit out view.
