How to find out who is the admin of a facebook page?

Changing the Facebook default landing tab if you didn't set up the page?

• Recently added a new tab to a Facebook page that I manage and had hoped to set it as the default landing tab for new visitors (those who don't already 'like' the page.). I went to edit - manage permissions hoping to find the option to change the default landing tab, but there doesn't appear to be the option. Researching the problem online tells me that this option was removed if a page has less than 10,000 likes or if you're not working with one of their ad accounts reps. I'm not sure this is entirely accurate as other pages that I own (some with barely 200 fans, some with even less than 100) still give me the option to change the tab. The only thing I can think of at the moment is that the page in question isn't one that I originally set up, but rather one which I was later made an admin of. Therefore I'm thinking that perhaps the answer is that you can only change the tab if you're the original 'owner' of the page and set it up yourself. Can anyone verify/deny this or offer a solution? Any help would be very much appreciated.
