How can I exclude shopping results from a Google search?

For example, I searched for a discontinued flashlight (Surefire L5) and about 15 of the first 20 results were links to selling sites. It even happens if I add the word "review" to the search, because the selling sites have "reviews."

A2A You could try Verbatim option which searches for exact words or phrases. go to search tools-> and in the second drop down there's an option verbatim. Besides this I am not sure what other things might help.
