How do you search for shopping online?

Does Google's shopping search suck? If so, how bad is it and why is it bad?

Rather, it relies on data on other web pages to build it's database. Because of this Google doesn't have nearly as good data quality as sites like Amazon and major retail stores.

I think it is the merchant fault for misusing metatags.  You may be able to report the individual listings.  Maybe more of these merchants are opting into Google's Search engine than say Bing or Yahoo
