How to become emotionally strong?

  • I am not emotionally strong at all and just cry right away when I shouldn't... How can I become emotionally strong? Please help as its a must for me ...... :(

    Hi Jannat.. First of all.. you should know that everyone has their ups and downs.. Some days, it just feels like everything is falling apart.. and if you spend too much time on your own on those days.. it makes you feel.. even worse.. What always works for me is doing something else.. Something that will keep my thoughts away for a while.. It could be exercising, spending time with friends, siblings, or with your parents.. listen to music.. Whatever is going on, know that there are people that love you for 'you'. Talk about it, don't keep those feelings inside.. you could write them down.. You might cry during the process, but you will feel so much better after wards.. :) However, you should try to find out the 'true' reason behind it.. and try to solve it.. if there is a problem.. Time will make you stronger.. Just try to focus on the things you love.. the things that make you happy.. surround yourself with people that care about you.. Don't be too hard on yourself.. I see it various girls mind is very delicate.Dont cry . Find a good way and get solution of it.Do hard work for which is you want.In this world there are various girl who is emotionally not strong. ~Make a decision today. Decide that you want to be strong, to let nothing negatively affect you. Affirm this decision daily for the remainder of your life! ~Believe in yourself.
