How to tone abdomen and thighs?

Would marching in place help tone thighs or something?

  • i'm already on a lowfat diet and i don't eat meats (except poultry since my dr recommended not to cut out meats completely). anyways, i've been wanting to slim&tone my thighs and I was instructed to march in place. Would marching in place 3+ times a day for 5-7 minutes or more tone my thighs? or what is the point of doing that? Because when I do it my legs start burning in the front part of my thighs instead of the back. *no rude comments

  • Answer:

yes it should tone your thighs. add some squats, lunges, and knee highs and you should see some result. Have a plan, execute your plan, achieve your goal. It might take a while to see results but just keep going and visualize how your legs will look.

If marching in place is what you want to do, I would recommend marching for at least 30 minutes so you can get your heart rate up to burn fat. Alternate speeds that way you can get the max effect out your workout. Good luck!
