  • So basically I'm 13 years old (girl) and want to become more healthy. I'm a little underweight for my age but I know that if I keep eating they way I do and the little exercise I do, I'm just going to get fat instead of fit. I don't want full on abs but I'd live to have a little bit of tummy abs c: so what exercises should I do each day and how many or for how long? And tomorrow I'm going to buy fruits as I snack a lot I will just eat grapes and strawberrys, but like what would be a healthy diet for me to eat like what should I eat and how much a day, and I have heard of milkshakes (not the ones that give you abs) but these ones what are high in protein and stuff, what do they do? 10 points best answer c:

    Haha I get what your saying. Cardio and ab exercises. Cardio -Dancing -Biking -Running - Swimming Ab Exercises -Pushups (works your arms, chest, triceps, and abs) -Bicycles - Planks -Situps Eating Fruits, vegetables, and brown rice are healthy. Don't forget water! Yogurt is great for a small snack. If you don't already eat healthy, take it slow. Cut out ice cream, and soda and replace it with water, tea, and vegetables. I wouldn't drink protein shakes or anything like that. Meat is a good source of protein.

It's recommended you eat 3+ portions of fruit and vegetables per day You're far too young for protein supplement milkshakes, you should be able to get all the protein you need from the meat/nuts that you eat.
