How can i lose weight if possible fast if not just how to really make it happen?

I work in a fast food restaurant and I'm surrounded by more. I work different shifts it can be monday close Tuesday open Wednesday close Thursday open. I have trouble sleeping so I only wake up early in the morning for work usually cause of work I wake up at 11am on a regular basis. I don't have much time for anything I'm from texas its super hot working out at noon then having to go to work 2 hours later or if I do work mornings Im so tired I fall asleep when I get home just a nap. I don't eat but two times a day (lunch pd and dinner) what can I do?

since doctors has been trained on the subject of human body and the subject of the human mind try to see a doctor as soon as possible and take with you a list of every meal and snack you have ate in the last 30 days. also tell the doctor about your job and CRAZY work schedule. until you see a doctor you can cut the following out of your meals and snacks: everything made with potatoes,everything made with white flour,everything made with brown sugar,everything made with white sugar, [with the exception of salad dressings and soups], and everything made with syrup.eat more foods made with vegetables and fruits,as well as foods whole grains,nuts, seeds,and water.good luck.

Well There are 6 things u can do to lose weight as soon as possible: 1) The 3 day diet which works like a charm (lose 10 pounds in 3 days) - I lose around 9-14 pounds in 3 days! Very good diet plus u could eat icecream for desert!
