Rushfit GSP Diet & Questions?

Hi everybody, I'm about to start George St-Pierre's program, "Rushfit" and even though a lot of information is contained in the booklets I'm still left with a lot of questions about the diet, questions like: Question 1: What are the formulas to calculate our daily need in carbohydrates, proteins and fats for such a program (since I think the numbers depend on if your sedentary, running, muscle building, bodybuilding, all needing different quantities I guess)? Even though we need to diet well and all it isn't completely explained how we calculate our everyday needs in those sections for performance and reconstruction (I'm not a noob in training but I'm not that advanced too). Question 2: How do we calculate that a meal is a given percentage of carbs-proteins-fats? (example: 35% carbs, 55% protein, 10% fat) as the program suggest we calculate our pre-workout and post-workout meals Question 3: Are there any good websites that suggest good example of meals, diet to properly fuel the body? Calories pre-calculated, percentages or at least nutrition facts for carbs, protein and fat info and of course preparation Question 4: Are there any good website for lean protein shake recipes? I bought Whey Gold Standard but it tastes like hell alone so maybe healthy smoothie recipes or shakes suggestions My budget is pretty tight so seeing a dietetist is not an option for now, I'll pay one if necessary but if I can find good info without one I'd be really happy. I'm not looking to get cheap info but sometimes the internet is really useful. Thank you all in advance.
