Which monitor should I get?

I want to get a new PC monitor but am having trouble picking one as there are so many. Here is what I want: Must: - At least 1920x1080 - VA/IPS Panel - DVI port(s) -Under £200 Preferable: - HDMI - Speakers - Headphone out - Black - More than 22" - Under £150 I found this monitor on amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-Ultrasharp-U2312HM-inch-Monitor/dp/B005MHMFJA/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8 But it has none of the preferable things I want. Are there any other monitors I should look at?

You should go with AOC LED as they are cheap.Gives 3 years manufacturer warranty and they are full hd And most important they gives really very good viewing experience....... Last month i got AOC 22" LED which costs me 8500 INR(aprox 155$) which is cheaper than samsung and another.
