Workout routine........?

Workout routine schedule?

  • I am 30 years old male. This is my workout routine. No use of external weight or machine, i.e. home workout. Lower body 1. calf press - 50 reps 2. lunges - 50 reps 3. Squats - 10 x 3 reps --- Upper body 1. Hindu push ups - 50 reps 2. Push ups - 20 x 2 reps 3. Elevated feet push ups - 20 reps 4. Triceps push ups - 10 x 3 reps 5. Neck lift - 50 reps --- Abs & core 1. Flutter kicks - 100 reps 2. Leg raise - 20 X 2 reps 3. Sit ups - 50 reps 4. Half sit ups - 100 reps 5. Plank - 45 secs. I do this workout alternate days a week in above order of sequence. But feel very tired after doing this workout. No freshness. May be this workout sequence is wrong or something. So, please guide me about proper scheduling of my workout. I want to do all above exercises, but i can't set a balance workout program. Thanks in advance. Please ignore the grammar =)
