How to tone abdomen and thighs?

What are the best ways to tone my upper arms thighs and lower abdomen to get muscle there?

• the best exercise and weight lifting exercise does p90x work like it claims it does? i love a good work out so the effort put into it will be no problem but 1 must wonder does p90x really work in 60 days? i'm looking to get rid of my last few pounds by toning my body and gaining muscle whats the fastest way to do it? normally i walk for 1 hr every day but it wont stop raining and that is ruining my exercise routine i do hipless ab crunches 20 4x a week i do push ups 20 3x a week i sometimes mix running in with walking to blow off energy and i have a lot of energy otherwise i'm clueless as to anything else i can do to tone up tips please?
