What should I say in my message?

Hi, My older sister and I haven't talked in a few months and she sent me the following message to me a month ago (I forgot what my MySpace password was and I just changed it today) Anyway, here's her message: ''Dear (my name), I haven't been on myspace in almost 3 years. I just logged in and saw your last message to me in 2009. I am so sorry I never saw that message until now. I am sure you felt like I didn't care about you at all. Please write, call, or anything whenever you need. And you are always welcome to come visit. (Her phone number here) (Her email address here) I love you.'' My message in 2009... I can't even remember what that message was about (didn't re-read it) But, I think it was something about me having suicidal thoughts or something.... Anyway, I want to email her back (On Gmail though. Not on MySpace, since I almost never go on there anymore). But I can't think of anything to say in my message to her. What should I say in my message? Thanks
