How to stop ocd i need to stop this its completely ruining my life?

• I had symptoms of obsessive compulsion disorder since childhood it first started when i was 8, i used to rearrange things until i thought it was perfectly straight. Then i started to repeat words to the fact i started to hate speaking but then i started to wash my hands and take long showers this stressed me alot i started to smoke so i can ease the stress but the worst thing i developed is HOCD it completely freaked me out. It went a way but it came back to the fact i cant even watch porn i like watching girls only when it comes to porn however, but my thoughts my OCD kicks in and makes me thinks of my male friends i promised myself that im no longer watching porn while these thoughts are still processing in my brain. why is my brain so messed up how can i stop these feelings that disgust me so much i no its false attractions but its completely ruining my life. I love women and only women no matter how long i try to ignore these thoughts the faster and stronger they come back i just want to be a normal man who loves women that's all, i want these thoughts to stop. i just want to be a normal man who has a wife and kids that's it but why am i forced to have these thoughts i wish i can delete these thoughts,

  Maybe you dont love only women. Trust me my brother for all of his life threw teens loved women then started having the same problems as you and started smoking and everything. He found out he was gay and now thats just how he is.
