How to get my bowel movements back on track?

I'm turning 15 next month. I do ballet but my last class was 2 weeks ago and I won't go back 'til August.And for the past week I have had constipation. I only have bowel movements when I take chocolate laxatives. Yesterday celebrating Mother's Day, I did something really stupid. I had 3 slices of cheesecake, 2 bowels of mac n cheese, corn on a cob, and sat on the computer all day. So how can have my bowel movement and keep them on track?

Drink a lot more and include fresh juices if you can. You also need more fiber too keep things moving through. Wholegrain breads, fresh fruit and veges, best eaten raw if possible. That will also give you a glowing, healthy skin to boot.
